Tracy Beck

Co-Founder | Executive Director

Tracy is a dedicated Founding Officer and serves as Director of The RB3 Foundation. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing, from California State University, Dominguez Hills.

She has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry within corporate America, specializing in Claims Management.

She has a passion for helping others and serving the community.

Tracy is especially devoted to supporting young people as they navigate today’s complex social landscape, empowering them to find their voice, purpose, and place in the world.

She is dedicated to serving and faithfully fulfills her role as Financial Secretary, while also serving as a member of the Trustee Board at True Ever Faithful Baptist Church. Passionate about mentoring, she especially enjoys working with the youth and young adults — her true calling.

Her goal is to ensure the foundation is a leader in promoting wellness, personal growth, and healthy development across the community.
