Roy finds peace, purpose, and strength in giving back to his community. Through his work, he is committed to honoring the foundation’s mission by supporting others, creating meaningful connections, and being a positive presence in the community.

Treasurer

Lawanza serves as the secretary of the RB3 Foundation, where she works closely with the foundation’s officers to support its mission and initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and is deeply committed to serving the community and helping ensure that Roy’s legacy continues to thrive.

Spencer Taylor is a Developer Relations Engineer and community builder passionate about using technology, storytelling, and mentorship to empower others. He strives to create meaningful connections, build innovative programs, and inspire people to reach their full potential. He is proud to support The RB3 Foundation and is committed to contributing his skills and passion to its mission and community.

Lannetta serves on the RB3 Foundation Social Media Team, helping share the foundation’s mission, connect with the community, and create meaningful awareness through social media and digital communication. Through her involvement with the RB3 Foundation she brings compassion, understanding, creativity, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Kajun Russell holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. She is the Co-Founder and CEO of Tuff Crowd, a bold streetwear brand known for its raw authenticity and unapologetic design. Her passion for bringing greater awareness to mental health is reflected in both her academic studies and creative work. She is a valuable asset to the RB3 Foundation.

Brandon Russell proudly serves on the board of The RB3 Foundation, a role rooted in both honor and personal purpose. As the Design & Brand Operations Lead for Tuff Crowd, Brandon brings his creativity and community-building experience to helping carry Roy’s legacy forward.

Brittani Russell is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where she earned degrees in Psychology and Sports Management. She is passionate about serving the community and supporting meaningful causes through her work and making a meaningful impact. As a member of The RB3 Foundation’s board, she brings her dedication and skills to supporting the foundation’s mission, purpose and vision.

Lanecia is passionate about serving the community and making a meaningful impact through the RB3 Foundation, where she serves on the Social Media Team. As a pre-law student with a passion for law and helping others, she enjoys using her creativity to share the foundation’s work and bring awareness to the causes and events that matter most to the RB3 community.

Secretary

Mel Kubeyinje is a business professional, creative entrepreneur, and advocate for youth empowerment and community impact. She holds a B.S. in Business Management from William Paterson University and an M.S. in Music Industry with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California, and is honored to serve as Secretary and a Board Member of the RB3 Foundation.
