At RB3 Foundation, our officers and board members bring together decades of expertise, passion, and commitment to helping young adults reach their fullest potential. Each member of our team is united by a shared belief in mentorship, education, and opportunity, working collaboratively to carry forward Roy’s legacy. Together, we combine professional experience with a genuine dedication to service, ensuring that every decision we make supports the growth and success of the young people we serve.

Our Officers

  • Roy Beck

    Chief Executive Officer | Founding Officer

    Roy Beck Jr. founded The RB3 Foundation, Inc. in 2023 in remembrance of his son, Roy Beck III. Together with his wife, he transformed their pain into a purposeful mission—supporting veterans, strengthening communities, and keeping their son’s legacy alive.

    Roy’s journey began in Longview, Texas. After graduating from Longview High School, he made the pivotal decision to enlist in the United States Navy. A proud Navy veteran, Roy carried with him a deep understanding of the challenges veterans face when transitioning back to civilian life. A proud Desert Storm veteran, his service included deployments to Pearl Harbor, Alameda, Hong Kong, and Dubai, and he played a key role in Operation Southern Watch in 1993.

    Following his service, Roy relocated to Los Angeles, California, where he built a successful career as a Regional Manager with one of the largest auto collision companies in the industry. He takes pride in leading his teams and restoring vehicles to exceed customer expectations.

    Beyond his professional and advocacy work, Roy finds peace and strength through boxing, weightlifting, and golfing. He also serves faithfully on the Usher Board at True Ever Faithful Baptist Church, continuing his commitment to service in all areas of life.

  • Tracy Beck

    Founding Officer | Director | Administrator

    Tracy is a dedicated Founding Officer and serves as Director of The RB3 Foundation. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing from California State University, Dominguez Hills.

    She has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry within corporate America, specializing in Claims Management.

    She has a  passion for helping others and serving the community.

    Tracy is especially devoted to supporting young people as they navigate today’s complex social landscape, empowering them to find their voice, purpose, and place in the world.

    She is dedicated to serving, and faithfully fulfills her role as Financial Secretary, while also serving as a member of the Trustee Board at True Ever Faithful Baptist Church. Passionate about mentoring, she especially enjoys working with the youth and young adults — her true calling.

    Her goal is to ensure the foundation is a leader in promoting wellness, personal growth, and healthy development across the community. 

  • Lawanza Norris

    Financial Officer

    Lawanza Norris is a seasoned Corporate Financial Manager with more than 32 years of experience in the accounting industry.

    She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills. She also earned Associate of Arts degrees in Accounting from El Camino College, and in Drug and Alcohol Counseling from Cypress Community College.

    Known for her integrity, precision, and deep expertise in nonprofit accounting practices, Lawanza partners closely with the officers of foundation. She is deeply committed to advancing The RB3 Foundation’s mission and ensuring that Roy’s legacy continues to thrive.

    Lawanza attends Resurrection Church. She is dedicated to serving, and faithfully fulfills her role as a Greeter to members on Sunday morning. She enjoys working with people.

  • Spencer Taylor

    Chairperson

    Spencer Taylor is a Developer Relations Engineer and community builder dedicated to using technology and storytelling to empower people. With a background in engineering and a passion for helping others grow, Spencer has spent his career creating resources, workshops, and interactive experiences that make complex ideas accessible.

    Beyond the tech world, Spencer is committed to fostering inclusive spaces where creativity, learning, and connection can thrive. He brings curiosity, empathy, and a drive to uplift others to every project, believing that sustainable change happens when communities are equipped with the tools and confidence to shape their own futures.

    Whether through mentoring, building innovative programs, or sparking conversations that matter, Spencer’s mission is simple: to support people in becoming the best version of themselves while contributing to something bigger than any one individual. He is passionate and committed to working with The RB3 Foundation.

  • Lanetta Beck

    Chairperson

    As a dedicated stay-at-home mom, Lanetta has spent years honing the art of creating calm in the midst of chaos—balancing schedules, managing households, and nurturing emotional well-being.

    She specializes in organizing spaces and routines to bring structure and pace into daily life. With a deep passion for mental health, Lanetta is a strong advocate for emotional awareness, active listening, and offering a safe and supportive presence for those who need to be heard.

    Her strengths lie in empathetic communication, thoughtful caregiving, and helping others feel grounded, seen, and supported. She focuses on fostering a positive environment for open communication and healing.

Kajun Russell

Board Member

Kajun Russell is the Co-Founder and CEO of Tuff Crowd, a bold streetwear brand known for its raw authenticity and unapologetic design. With a Master's degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, she brings a unique perspective to fashion merging deep insight into human behavior with creative expression.

As CEO, Kajun shapes the brand's vision and creative direction, channeling real life grit and resilience into every piece. Her work reflects a commitment to storytelling through style, pushing the boundaries of street culture while staying true to its roots.

Beyond design, her passion for mental health is deeply woven into everything she does from her studies to her creative work. Drawing from both academic experience and personal truth, Kajun uses her platform to spark honest conversations, break down stigmas, and remind others that there's strength in vulnerability. This is why she believes she would be a valuable asset to The RB3 Foundation and its mission.

Brandon Russell

Board Member

Brandon Russell is proud to serve on the board of The RB3 Foundation, a role that is both an honor and a personal mission. Roy was more than his best friend. He was like a brother. His passion, loyalty, and love for people left a lasting mark that continues to inspire Brandon every day. Professionally, Brandon is the Design & Brand Operations Lead for Tuff Crowd / Hostile Territory, where he contributes to the brand’s creative design and overall operations. He is also part of Battle Mode, a live gaming and podcast show that builds community through competition and culture. Through his creative work and his service to the foundation, Brandon is dedicated to carrying forward Roy’s energy uniting people, celebrating life, and ensuring that Roy’s legacy makes a lasting impact.

Brittani Russell

Board Member

Brittani Russell is committed to supporting meaningful causes through her extensive background in client management, organizational leadership, and community engagement. A graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in Psychology and Sports Management, she has built her career assisting clients, coordinating large-scale events, and fostering strong relationships across the sports/entertainment and nonprofit sectors.

Her experience spans executive support, foundation advisory roles, and event logistics, where she is known for her professionalism, adaptability, and people-first approach. Inspired by the life and legacy of Roy, who was like a brother to her, Brittani is honored to serve on the board and to contribute her skills and dedication to advancing the foundation’s mission in his memory.
